Communication
Communication. Even before the first dirt moves – is key to our customer-centered philosophy. While our staff is ready to help any time, we meet formally with you at specific, important times.

Preconstruction. You receive a book detailing the building and materials selection processes, meet your decorator, and discuss any changes to the floor plan from moving doorways or windows to altering room sizes.
Electrical and cabinetry. Now is the time to decide where you really want the oven and how you want cabinets configured. It’s also the time to be sure electrical outlets are where you want them.

Pre-closing walkthrough. While our goal is to make sure everything is right before you move in, we know perfection is nearly impossible. If there are things to take care of, we want to make that happen before you close.

After move-in. We schedule this meeting about 60 days after you move in so we can fine tune anything we might have missed earlier.
11 months after move-in. Meeting now ensures we take advantage of warranties. And you can depend on us to take care of any warranty work – we don’t turn that over to strangers.

That’s not all. We’re determined to respond quickly when you call. That’s especially important when construction is under way and you need information to make a decision.

Because timing is important to both the success of the project and your peace of mind, our scheduling is detailed and precise. You know what’s going to happen when.

Ongoing service
Ongoing service means we’re available for advice and counsel long after you’re in your new home. Looking for a landscaper? We can suggest professionals to help you.

Subcontractors
Our subcontractors are as dedicated to your satisfaction as we are. They agree in writing to meet our demanding standards.

Warranty
All our homes carry a 2/10 warranty. That means two years on mechanical and plumbing and 10 years on the structure.

Remodeling
Remodeling is an important – and prize-winning – part of our service that extends way beyond the day you move in. If you decide to change something in your house – finish the basement or change a bathroom, for example – we can do it easily because we already know your house from the inside out.
